As a couple, we loved the grand and well-decorated house, especially our spacious and comfortable room named "Merlot" with its impressive bathroom. The owners have an excellent knowledge of the area and stocked the honesty bar with local produce. Breakfast was typically French and delicious, with fresh coffee, juices, homemade jams, and family recipe treats. The pool was a great addition for relaxation.
We felt extremely welcomed at Préchac Park, with the hosts going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble during our stay.

Beautiful B&B, spacious room, large bathroom. Allan and Anne are welcoming, and Anne is a great cook. Highly recommend staying longer - if you're lucky, you might even get to swim in their operational swimming pool! 😄
Sadly, the swimming pool wasn't open. for the past nine months.

I had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even had a teddy bear and children's books for my child in the room. The breakfast was fresh and homemade, with a delicious omelette prepared specifically for my child. The owners had great knowledge of the area and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions. The house itself was beautiful and well-decorated, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was especially impressive. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all top-notch.
Almost perfect.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful. The beautiful antiques and charming touches throughout the general areas added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with well-maintained ramps and handrails that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.
I would have loved to see more organized activities or outings specifically designed for senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have the children working there offer guided tours or arrange local excursions catered to our needs and interests.

They even offered helpful advice for my day trip to the Great Pyla Dune. the room I stayed in, 'Merlot', was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning bathroom. The room at Prechac Park had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a tiring day of exploring. It also offered free WiFi so that I could stay connected with my loved ones back home. I loved how the private bathroom had a hairdryer and free toiletries, making my stay even more convenient. , the triple room I stayed in had executive lounge access, a comfortable sofa, and an electric kettle, providing me with a touch of luxury during my budget-friendly stay. I felt pampered and at ease in the room.
The only downside for me was that the suite only had an electric kettle, and I missed having more extensive kitchen facilities. But I understand that others might still find it convenient for their needs.

The owners, Allan and Anne, are fantastic hosts, offering loads of advice on what to do both locally and further afield. They even helped us plan our adventure to the Great Pyla Dune! The park overlooking the 11th century church was a breathtaking view, like stepping into a fairytale. I loved the self-service bar in the shared lounge, it was like having my own personal bartender. The free use of bicycles was a great perk, exploring the charming village was a breeze. The seasonal outdoor pool with garden views was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The selection of books in the library was impressive, I found a hidden gem to escape into during my stay. The free continental breakfast was a delightful way to start the day, especially when enjoyed on the terrace surrounded by the beautiful garden.
Pool maintenance needed.
